2020 Wedding Trends

Well friends, if you thought the creativity in wedding designs has already reached it’s peak, I’m happy to say that you’re mistaken. Because plans are being made for weddings in the new year, and we are only seeing distinctive design details flourish as each new season unfolds! These 2020 wedding trends are some of our absolute faves that we’ve been bookmarking left and right – we just can’t keep up! And rather than narrowing down to a modest few, we thought it might be fitting to share 20 wedding trends for 2020 in a couple different blog segments. So without further ado, cheers to the future!

Starting off strong, Classic Art Insperation, We love the way these wedding details inspired by classical art and music keep guests on their toes… no pun intended

Planted Aisle

Lush wedding flowers are making their way from pedestal backdrops to the edge of guests’ seats in these planted flower aisles with dyed, dried and all the garden flowers in between.

Refined Bows

Effortless sophistication in this one simple detail. From delicate silk ribbons wrapped around cakes to hair bows in a sweet bridal pony tail, this is one easy way to level up on charm

Lucite Detais,

We knew we had a soft spot for lucite details, but this chic element has made its way from seating charts to floral pedestals, cake stands and even bridal heels! Heck yes we’re obsessed with the lucite trend!

Open Framed Wedding Decor

,Its sort off crept in this year 2019 near the latter end but with new bookings comming in we can see this is going to be a popular choice, Geometric wedding details have been all the rage for quite some time now, but what we’re seeing more + more of is open frame concepts. From pedestals to backdrops to the chapels themselves, we’re feeling the open and airy vibe!

Cultural Traditions

One of our favorite wedding trends on the rise is a return to tradition. Brides and grooms everywhere are donning the attire of their ancestors and celebrating their heritage in the best kind of way, and we are obsessed with how personalized wedding ceremonies and experiences are becoming (to the couple and their families) because of it

Stained Glass

In years past, stained glass may have fired up brain waves linking to traditional churches (or even the glorious Saint Chapelle in Paris!), but stained glass wedding details are as creative and accessible as ever. From colorful glass houses to handmade escort cards, we can’t get over the kaleidoscopic beauty here.
